(APB) Acts 26 : 1 And Agrippa said to Paulus, "You are permitted to speak for yourself.” And Paulus stretched out his hand and offered a defense and said:
(APB) Acts 26 : 2 "Concerning everything of which I am accused by the Jews, King Agrippa, I consider myself blessed, because before you today I bring a defense.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 3 "I especially know that you are capable in all inquiries of The Law of the Jews; I therefore ask of you that you will hear me patiently.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 4 "For those Jews are also aware, if they wish to testify, of my way of life from my youth from the beginning, in my nation and in Jerusalem,”
(APB) Acts 26 : 5 "Because for a long time they have been persuaded concerning me, for they know that I was living in the official doctrine of the Pharisees.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 6 "Now for the hope of The Promise which our fathers had from God, I stand and I am judged.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 7 "For to this hope our twelve tribes hope to arrive by diligent prayer by day and night. It is for this hope I am accused by the agency of the Jews, King Agrippa.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 8 "How do you judge? Ought we not believe that God raises the dead?”
(APB) Acts 26 : 9 "For I had previously set my mind that I would commit many things contrary to the name of Yeshua the Nazarene.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 10 "This I did also in Jerusalem, and I cast many Saints into prison by the authority I received from The Chief Priests, and as they were being killed by them, I took part with those who condemned them.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 11 "And I was torturing them in every Synagogue as I was pressing them to blaspheme the name of Yeshua, and I was filled with great rage against them. I was also going out to other cities to persecute them.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 12 "And while I was going for this cause to Darmsuq with the authority and approval of The Chief Priests,”
(APB) Acts 26 : 13 "At noonday, Oh, King, while on the road, I saw a light from the heavens greater than that of the sun, which burst upon me, and upon all who were with me.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 14 And we all fell upon the ground, and I heard a voice, which said to me in Judean Aramaic, "Shaul, Shaul, why do you persecute me? It is hard for you to kick the goads.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 15 "And I said, "Who are you my lord?” And our Lord said to me, 'I am Yeshua the Nazarene, whom you are persecuting.' "
(APB) Acts 26 : 16 "And he said to me, 'Rise to your feet; for this cause I have appeared to you, to appoint you a minister and a witness that you have seen me and are going to see me.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 17 "But I shall save you from the people of the Judeans and from the other nations to which I am sending you,”
(APB) Acts 26 : 18 "That you will open their eyes, so that they will turn from the darkness to the light and from the authority of Satan to God; and they shall receive release from sins and a portion with The Holy Ones by the faith which is in me.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 19 "Because of this, King Agrippa, I did not stand in dispute against the Heavenly vision.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 20 "But from the first I preached to those in Darmsuq, and to those in Jerusalem and those in all the villages of Judea, and I preached also to the Gentiles that they repent and be converted to God and to do deeds worthy of a return to God.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 21 "And because of these things, the Jews seized me in The Temple and wanted to kill me.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 22 "But God has helped me until this day and behold, I stand and testify to small and to great, while I have not said anything outside The Law of Moses and The Prophets; only those things which they have said were going to happen:”
(APB) Acts 26 : 23 "That The Messiah would suffer and that he would be The Origin of the Resurrection from among the dead and would preach light to the nation and to the Gentiles.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 24 "When Paulus had thus rendered a defense, Festus cried out with a loud voice, "You are insane, Paul! Much study has made you insane!”
(APB) Acts 26 : 25 Paulus said, "I am not insane, excellent Festus, but I am speaking words of truth and integrity.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 26 "Also King Agrippa especially knows of such things as these, therefore I speak openly before him, because I do not think one of these matters has escaped him, for they were not done in secret.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 27 "Do you believe The Prophets, King Agrippa? I know that you do believe.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 28 Agrippa said to him, "In a little bit you will persuade me to become a Christian.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 29 Paulus said, "I have desired from God in a little and in much, not for you only, but also for all those who are hearing me now to be like me, except for these chains.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 30 "And The King stood for him, and the Governor and Berniqa and those who were sitting with them.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 31 "And when they withdrew from there, they were speaking one with another and were saying, "This man has not done any thing worthy of death or imprisonment.”
(APB) Acts 26 : 32 And Agrippa said to Festus, "This man could have been released if he had not appealed to Caesar.”
