Tada zamoliše Zebah i Salmuna: "Ustani ti i pogubi nas, jer kakav je čovjek, onakva mu je snaga." Gideon se diže i pogubi Zebaha i Salmuna. A mjesečiće, što su ih o vratu nosile deve njihove, uze sebi.
