I kad stražar, koji je stajao na kuli u Jezreelu, ugleda četu Jehua gdje dolazi, javi: "Vidim četu gdje dolazi." Joram zapovjedi: "Uzmi konjanika, pošlji ga u susret njima, neka zapita, dolaze li u mirnoj namjeri!"
