וַיֵּצֵא מֹשֶׁה מֵעִם פַּרְעֹה אֶת־הָעִיר וַיִּפְרֹשׂ כַּפָּיו אֶל־יְהוָה וַיַּחְדְּלוּ הַקֹּלֹות וְהַבָּרָד וּמָטָר לֹא־נִתַּךְ אָרְצָה׃

Mojsije dakle otide od faraona van u grad i raširi ruke svoje Gospodu. Tada prestadoše gromovi i tuča, i dažd nije više padao na zemlju.
