Jer, ovako govori Gospodin BOG: Ja ću postupiti spram tebe kako si ti postupila, ti koja si prezrela prokletstvo kršeći savez. 60 Ja ću se sjetiti svojeg *saveza s tobom, iz dana tvoje mladosti: ja ću uspostaviti s tobom jedan vječni savez. 61 Ti ćeš se sjetiti svojeg ponašanja i bit ćeš zbunjena kad budeš primala svoje starije sestre uz one mlađe; ja ću ti ih dati za kćeri, ali da one ne sudjeluju u tvom savezu . 62 Ja ću ustanoviti svoj savez s tobom: tad ćeš ti spoznati da sam ja GOSPOD, 63 da bi se ti sjetila, da budeš postiđena i da, od smetenosti, ne možeš više otvoriti svoja usta kad te ja budem odriješio od svega što si učinila proročanstvo Gospodina BOGA.“
