וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלַי הֲרָאִיתָ בֶן־אָדָם הֲנָקֵל לְבֵית יְהוּדָה מֵעֲשֹׂות אֶת־הַתֹּועֵבֹות אֲשֶׁר עָשׂוּ־פֹה כִּי־מָלְאוּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ חָמָס וַיָּשֻׁבוּ לְהַכְעִיסֵנִי וְהִנָּם שֹׁלְחִים אֶת־הַזְּמֹורָה אֶל־אַפָּם׃

ויאמר אלי הראית בן־אדם הנקל לבית יהודה מעשות את־התועבות אשר עשו־פה כי־מלאו את־הארץ חמס וישבו להכעיסני והנם שלחים את־הזמורה אל־אפם׃

On mi reče: "Vidiš li, sine čovječji? Zar je premalo kući Judinoj, što čine zločine, koje ovdje počinjaju, nego još napuniše i zemlju nasiljem i mene svejednako draže na gnjev? Eto, drže grane na svojemu nosu!

Tada mi reče: jesi li vidio, sine čovječji? malo li je domu Judinu što čine te gadove koje čine ovdje? nego još napuniše zemlju nasilja i okrenuše se da me draže; i eto drže granu pred nosom svojim.
