כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה הִנֵּה־מַיִם עֹלִים מִצָּפֹון וְהָיוּ לְנַחַל שֹׁוטֵף וְיִשְׁטְפוּ אֶרֶץ וּמְלֹואָהּ עִיר וְיֹשְׁבֵי בָהּ וְזָעֲקוּ הָאָדָם וְהֵילִל כֹּל יֹושֵׁב הָאָרֶץ׃
