וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֵלַי אַל־תָּצַר אֶת־מֹואָב וְאַל־תִּתְגָּר בָּם מִלְחָמָה כִּי לֹא־אֶתֵּן לְךָ מֵאַרְצֹו יְרֻשָּׁה כִּי לִבְנֵי־לֹוט נָתַתִּי אֶת־עָר יְרֻשָּׁה׃
