וּלְקַחְתֶּם אֲגֻדַּת אֵזֹוב וּטְבַלְתֶּם בַּדָּם אֲשֶׁר־בַּסַּף וְהִגַּעְתֶּם אֶל־הַמַּשְׁקֹוף וְאֶל־שְׁתֵּי הַמְּזוּזֹת מִן־הַדָּם אֲשֶׁר בַּסָּף וְאַתֶּם לֹא תֵצְאוּ אִישׁ מִפֶּתַח־בֵּיתֹו עַד־בֹּקֶר׃

I uzmite kitu isopa i zamočite je u krv, koja će biti u zdjeli, i pokropite gornji prag i oba dovratka krvlju, koja će biti u zdjeli, i nijedan od vas da ne izlazi na vrata kućna do jutra.
