* Herod imaše jednu uzbuđujuću parnicu s ljudima iz Tira i Sidona. Ovi se dogovoriše doći pred njega. S potporom Blastusa, kraljevskog komornika, koju si bijahu priskrbili, oni zamoliše jedno prijateljsko rješenje opskrbljivanje njihovog područja potjecaše, naime od onog kraljevskog.

They had agreed on what they wanted to do: They enlisted the help of Blastus to ask Herod for terms of peace. This was because their cities depended on Herod for their food supply.
