לָכֵן כֹּה אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה הִנְנִי נֹתֵן לִנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּר מֶלֶךְ־בָּבֶל אֶת־אֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם וְנָשָׂא הֲמֹנָהּ וְשָׁלַל שְׁלָלָהּ וּבָזַז בִּזָּהּ וְהָיְתָה שָׂכָר לְחֵילֹו׃

Zato ovako veli svemogući, Gospod: "Evo, ja ću dati kralju babilonskom Nebukadnezaru Egipat. On će odvući bogata dobra njegova. On ga smije razgrabiti i oplijeniti. To će biti plaća njegovoj vojsci.

Zato ovako veli Gospod Gospod: evo ja dajem Navuhodonosoru caru Vavilonskom zemlju Misirsku, i on će odvesti narod i odnijeti plijen i pograbiti grabež, i to će biti plata njegovoj vojsci.
