(BHS) 1 Samuel 24 : 8 וַיָּקָם דָּוִד אַחֲרֵי־כֵן וַיֵּצֵא [כ מִן]־[כ הַמְּעָרָה] [ק מֵהַמְּעָרָה] וַיִּקְרָא אַחֲרֵי־שָׁאוּל לֵאמֹר אֲדֹנִי הַמֶּלֶךְ וַיַּבֵּט שָׁאוּל אַחֲרָיו וַיִּקֹּד דָּוִד אַפַּיִם אַרְצָה וַיִּשְׁתָּחוּ׃ ס

(IS) 1 Samuel 24 : 8 I ukori David ljude svoje i ne dopusti im da ustanu na Saula. Kad je Saul bio ostavio pećinu i pošao dalje svojim putem,

(JB) 1 Samuel 24 : 8 Zatim ustade David, iziđe iz pećine i vikne za Šaulom: "Gospodaru kralju!" A kad se Šaul obazre, David se baci ničice na zemlju i pokloni mu se.

(DK) 1 Samuel 24 : 8 (24:9) Potom David usta, i izašav iz pećine stade vikati za Saulom govoreći: care gospodine! A Saul se obazre, a David se savi licem do zemlje i pokloni se.

(TD) 1 Samuel 24 : 8 Tim riječima, David zaustavi naumu svojih ljudi. On im ne dopusti baciti se na Saula. Saul se uspravi, napusti pećinu i ode svojim putem.
