וְאִם לֹא־מָצְאָה יָדֹו דֵּי הָשִׁיב לֹו וְהָיָה מִמְכָּרֹו בְּיַד הַקֹּנֶה אֹתֹו עַד שְׁנַת הַיֹּובֵל וְיָצָא בַּיֹּבֵל וְשָׁב לַאֲחֻזָּתֹו׃

Ako li ne moje toliko novaca nabaviti, koliko bi mu morao vratiti, onda ostaje zemljište, to ga je prodao, u posjedu kupca do jubilejske godine. A u jubilejskoj godini ima se povratiti, tako da on opet dođe do vlasništva svojega.

Ako li nema koliko bi trebalo vratiti, onda ostaje stvar prodana u onoga ko je kupio do godine oprosne, a oprosne godine ostaviće se, i on će se vratiti na svoju baštinu.
