כְּבַקָּרַת רֹעֶה עֶדְרֹו בְּיֹום־הֱיֹותֹו בְתֹוךְ־צֹאנֹו נִפְרָשֹׁות כֵּן אֲבַקֵּר אֶת־צֹאנִי וְהִצַּלְתִּי אֶתְהֶם מִכָּל־הַמְּקֹומֹת אֲשֶׁר נָפֹצוּ שָׁם בְּיֹום עָןָן וַעֲרָפֶל׃

כבקרת רעה עדרו ביום־היותו בתוך־צאנו נפרשות כן אבקר את־צאני והצלתי אתהם מכל־המקומת אשר נפצו שם ביום עןן וערפל׃

Kao što pastir gleda stado svoje, kad je kod ovaca svojih razasutih, tako ću i ja gledati ovce svoje i oslobodit ću ih iz svih mjesta, kamo su se razasuli, kad je bilo mračno i tamno.
